I've never heard of that. So you can change up/down through the channels one at a time OK. Can you enter a channel number directly from the number pad on the remote as well? How are you using the guide to try to change to a channel? If you're using the TiVo Guide you should be able to just highlight a channel and hit 'Select'. If you're using the Grid Guide you should just highlight a program and then hit 'Select'. What are you seeing? BTW, that's Channel/Page - the button changes the channel or pages through menus, depending on where you are in the system. > Last night I set up two channels to Record and after a short while > one of them stopped.
