Okay, it does toggle between two different channels. Are you using 'tuners' and 'cc's' interchangeably?
Thanks, S. When you press 'Live TV' it takes you to the live TV signal. When you'e already there it toggles between the two tuners. Go to live TV and tune a channel, then hit 'Live TV' and tune a different channel. Each time you hit Live TV you should see if toggle back and forth between the two channels you've tuned. If so, both tuners are working. If not, there is a problem. To make sure it is using a CableCARD you need to tune an encrypted digital cable channel - your cable tech can probably tell you which channels those all.
