No. You're flipping tuners. If, and only if, both tuners are tuned to a channel that requires CableCARDs are you ALSO flipping between the cards. If you enter Select-Play-Select-Instant Replay-Select you should see an info overlay on screen which tells you which tuner and card is in use (CC0 or CC1).
