Charter was here again today and installed two new CC's so that I now am receiving all the channels that I should but I still cannot record two channels at the same time. He's saying that one of the cards must be bad again even though he kept stressing that they were New cards up to that point, and is coming again on wednesday with three cards this time he said, but this just seems to go on and on with switching cards, two steps forward, one step back. I got TiVo on the line twice for him, but he didn't seem to want to consult them a third time when the double recordings didn't work. He was a tech and not a contractor, and owns 3 TiVo's personally, but not the Series3 so he's not familiar with how the two tuners should work and why they don't..
Is there any other problem that could cause the CC's to bring in the channels but not be able to take advantage of the dual tuners for recording? Thanks, Sandr
