I'm sorry but I don't really understand what you are saying to do or how to do it but I can tell the Tech this when he comes back. What do you mean by 'If you can tune to channels at once' and how do you 'toggle' between tuners' (CC's?)
But something else I just noticed is that while I cannot sometimes bring up a channel directly selecting it from the Guide, the Change Page button will bring it up. If you can tune to channels at once you can record two channels at once. If you toggle between the tuners, one of them isn't working? Note that the unit only needs the CableCARDs for encrypted channels, so the best test is to tune one tuner to a channel you know needs the card, then toggle to the other tuner and tune that one to a *different* channel that needs the card. Then toggle back and forth.
