Here is another thing to look for:
Navigate to the wiki edit page, and then view the page source (right click
and select "View page source", or CTRL + U in Chrome). Near the top of the
page you should see a pair of <script> tags with auto_preview_timeout and
form_token, like this:
<script type="text/javascript">
var auto_preview_timeout=2.0;
var form_token="1496253af684add6bfc35380";
</script>
Is auto_preview_timeout defined there? If not, could you just send along
the page source for an entire page?
Do you have any files in your environment's "templates" directory, other
than "site.html.sample"?
