Sell and work are two different stories! Just look around yourself
with the clever marketing hype a product that is marginal will
sell. 




They must meet the >essential requirements of the Directive, and they must
meet the requirements of paying customers. 

- This does not guarantee that product works 100% any time anywhere !!

- if no one checks that requirements are met, manufacturer goal is ship and
collect revenue and  see what they can get by. Meeting requirements by the
book cost money!


Where's the big mess ?
