Further to Pieter's email regarding publication of I-CTR37 and CTR8 Ed2, 
todays OJ (L119) contains the publication of CTR40 covering DECT 
equipment accessing the ISDN. The relevant numbers are Commission 
Decision 1999/310/EC, OJ page L119/57.

To clarify, CTR40 does not prohibit the use of CTR3 and CTR6 which may 
both still be used for DECT/ISDN terminals. CTR40 is simply provided as an 
alternative.
