Yes.  Valid.  For me it includes washing up :-)

On the Survival Rundown, a Scientology thing extant around 1980 , and 
apparently forgotten, there were many objectives including something 
in the direction of the auditor going with the pc to his room/home, 
and supervising his tidying up.

There is a term I have heard recently: grounding.  It could be that 
if you do time breaking, RI, etc. without being grounded you are on 
uncertain ground, where you can alter significances, but have a more 
limited control of the real universe around you.
