Sure, I agree. But what I believe you are underestimating is how much
damage it does to a project when they are perceived to be shooting the
messenger. I am not saying for a second that I agree with all of the
criticisms. I am saying that it is a real mistake to answer *any*
criticisms in a hostile manner and with that kind of attitude, whether
correct or not.
