I would wait for AceLan to tell us whether something useful appeared in the log. To me it looks like the crash happens so quickly that there is no time to write out anything into the logs. For next steps I could imagine 2 options (I would wait for feedback about the logs before doing anything):
- attempting to install kdump and configure it to do a dump on crash. Slight downside there is I am not sure how to exchange the dump securely. - attempt to install a mainline build[1] to check whether the problem still exists there. Please mind that those are not signed and can only be used if the system allows to disable secure boot. Also mind the warning those kernels exist only for debugging and should never run in production. Finally out of curiosity, I understand this is 2 displays serially connected to each other. Is the same happening with just one alone? Or what happens if plugging in one first and then the second one?
