This sounds like something vanilla/upstream Linux cause somewhere
between 6.15..6.17 and now hit HWE for Noble/24.04 as we roll the HWE
kernels forward. Unfortunately the -b0 limits the journal to the current
start. With -b-1 the start before that is selected. If information about
the crash is contained, then it is there. But depends on how much time
and stability the system has when crashing. The related Red Hat bug
seems to struggle to get anything.
