For now I would leave it here. At least until the issue is better
understood. Thanks for the latest log. Somehow I cannot map the
description of reproduction to the log. All messages of the log(s) seem
to be within the same minute and seem to include startup but also
shutdown related messages. There is some wayland messages in between
stating a loss of session but no details and nothing that looks like an
obvious kernel error.

There seems to be docker involved, so I am wondering whether the desktop
runs inside a container which probably takes away any message after
initial start. Also wondering whether the system is really dead or
"just" without any visible interactivity. Might be one other thing to
try. Instead of a long-press of the power button (forced shutdown) does
a short-press power the system of (desktop environment might delay this
by 60s).

Another angle: does it make a difference whether external displays are
plugged in on or after boot?
