Hi Arjo :

  Import . That whole mail was about trying to import
objects into RS3D with textures attached .

  I have one program that exports .lwo (lightwave) so
since RS3D doesn't do .lwo I converted to several for-
mats with the 3D Exploration demo . VRML actually was
the one format that did import into RS3D complete with
textures displayed properly .

  So I am looking for a freeware converter that I can
use to convert .lwo to .VRML (97) . I always used TB's
3DWin for converting but it looks to be commercial now
(I think) .

  I'll try the new .3ds beta plugin as well and see if
that works , which may open the door for workaround
