Panotools and panocube...for Windows!!!
both freeware, simple drag and drop, no extras like hotspots, stereosound etc...

But completly freeware.

Go here:
http://www.mediasculp.com/QTVR/panotools/
Download the Panotools
(simply drop the pano12.dll file to windows system32 folder (if you have 
windows))
and go here:
http://www.panoshow.com/panocube.htm
and follow the instructions in the readme.txt

At all less than 10 minutes to get something
like the Pano in my above example.
