Only makes ? :-) How do you live with ONLY 107ft/lbs ? You know, to make matters
worse my bike is corrected at this altitude. My actual hp and torque is much
lower. OH well., John suspects that the thickness of the clutch pack is not
thick enough. In other words if it isn't thick enough than even with a lockup I
would still slip. I have thought about this and it makes sense. It would explain
why I get a couple of passes and then i just totally lose about 6mph. I think
the fibres wear a little on those first couple of passes and then they get down
to whatever thickness and I start to slip... Dunno for sure. But I will be
measuring them soon and then adjusting the thickness to compensate. Rusty, what
is "the last half friction disk" and what is a "full one" ? I am not in the know
on that..
Thanks Phil
