Allan Check out the Radisson canoes. I have a 14' double ender that is only 43 pounds. comes equipped with paddles that double as oars (the canoe has built in oar locks). They track very well and draw almost no water. We had a fellow a few years back take one the full 444 miles of the Susquehanna river without mishap. will also take a small motor.
