We have had this model for several about 10 years, look for a blemished 
model.  We picked up ours new, and the blemish is a slight ripple where the 
green top rail hides under the rubber rail, but the pricing was 50% 
off.  It will carry 3 adults, and is easy to cast from sitting on the seats.
