Hi, Asad, There's no cutout relay with an alternator - the rectifier diodes in the alternator do the job of isolating the battery when the alternator isn't running. Any regulating contacts in the regulator could be cleaned with a contact file, but you run the risk of changing the charging voltage by changing the gap on the contacts.
Many newer alternators use a solid-state regulator with no contacts, anyway.
