For quite a while now, the way to remove a favorite is to open it and double tap on the unfavorite button, or deselecting the favorite button. To rearrange favorites is not documented, but I found a slightly tedious way to do it. You double tap and hold on a favorite, and slide up or down in your list. Given the size of my SE, you cannot move stations a very long way at once; but with some trial and error, I got things rearranged.
I'm sorry TuneIn is being so difficult. You may want to try the reboot with holding the power and home buttons for about 6 or 8 seconds to do the forced reboot. Richard Arthur C.
