Has the app settled down to where you can use it now? I'm wondering if without a sign in account, if you can no longer add a favorite? I doubt that, but since I have an account, I cannot test this.

To rearrange favorites is not documented, but I found a slightly tedious way to do it. You double tap and hold on a favorite, and slide up or down in your list. Given the size of my SE, you cannot move stations a very long way at once; but with some trial and error, I got things rearranged. I'm sorry TuneIn is being so difficult. You may want to try the reboot with holding the power and home buttons for about 6 or 8 seconds to do the forced reboot. Richard Arthur C.
