Good point Barry.  I wonder what the stats are now for browsers,
modem speeds, disk size, processors, etc.  While that has a big
influence on how sites are designed,  it could also slow down
development  and the use of new ideas.  I recently helped a
neighbor get on the Net, and the ISP she used (Bell Atlantic)
provided her with NS 2.02.  Mouseovers don't work with that broswer.
