At the risk of appearing so vain as to falsely conclude that "my
ears are burning", I am merely a contributor to Majordomo. I am,
however, the 'primary developer' of MajorCool, the Web front-end.
It's easy to blur the two, but attributions are such a key part
of Open Source geekdom that I had to set the record straight...
Side Note: "listserv" is a registered trademark, so there really
is no such thing as "other listserv software". There is only one
(from L-Soft). The more correct term is List Servers or Mailing
List Managers. <sorry...don't mean to preach>
Back to the inquiry:

DNS: I don't think MetaInfo has much in the way of competition,
but there's always MS's version.
Mail: No experience, but I've heard good things about NTmail and
Ipswitch IMail.
Lists: No experience, but I've heard good things about NTlist and
Lyris.
Lyris in particular gets rave reviews, but perhaps the better-
integrated NTmail/NTlist combo would be more to your liking...
