I'm curious about how you've gone about getting permission
from the copyright holders to do this, and how you'll
calculate and pay them their royalties.
Otherwise, of course, it's illegal, and there's a pretty
good probability that they'll come after you with a hefty
lawsuit and that you'll lose in court. The record companies
are showing an increasing willingness to search for this
kind of thing and pursue legal recourse. They have the
legal right, and I think the ethical right also.
