I try to make it work with gmail without success...

ickets2db.py not finding the new ticket base on the 0.py delay set in
settings.sleep_seconds = 5*60

I set it to 1 sec... Nothing new in helpdesk ticket "tray"

It is really nice to initiate the project Massimo. Thanks a lot.
