Perhaps part of the problem was that we did take that attitude, and it is true that an ongoing lack of volunteers has been a major problem with events. We need to address that. However, now that we are overcommitted on funds, we need to keep both volunteers and money in mind. Until we can secure funding, we need to focus heavily on value for money. The WA projects have been wonderful in this regard.
