The board eventhough it came from Asus USA could have been
manufactured in taiwan, malaysia, japan, singapore ect. Since almost
all US manufactures perfer to use cheap labor these days which BTW doesn't
surprise me in the least. I don't in anyway mean that the USA isn't willing to 
pay fair labor to make good products nor that cheap labor equals good products. 
I'd check with the manufacturer by calling them and I'd also verify the 
hardware ID and SN to make sure that it may not be counterfiet just IMHO.

 A7N8X Deluxe. I am glad that someone has had good luck with this board, 
they have a lot of bad
reviews on the net including the asus forum.
