I bought ONE box of checks ($100-125?) for my computer years ago
and never used them all yet... AND that bank is long gone, (about three
buy-outs back)-- but since they can "forward" (or alias) paper checks, I
am still able to use them. Pretty cool, until it fails, (eventually?)
Disclaimer:
(I can NOT use those routing or account numbers anywhere else though
since ACH does not forward (or alias) in an electronic transaction for
security reasons...)
I can't even remember the last time I used a check though...
