I seriously doubt that.  I suspect that most sellers base the pricing on the 
fact that they have to pay visa, amex, mc 1-2% and accordingly make their 
selling price enough to cover those costs. You don't actually believe a 
business would give money away do you, which is effectively what you are 
suggesting.
