Dean,

I did not realize that Polygamy had been declared unconstitutional by the supreme court.  Thank you for bringing that up.  Do you know under what grounds the S.C. ruled it unconstitutional?  Personally I think that equality in a polygamous relationship would be hard to achieve, but what did the court say?
