We point customers to role accounts which are then distributed to
multiple active employees.  People who e-mail individuals get what
they deserve when employees are out of the office.  Always go for
the role accounts if you want a more rapid response.

Customer support is much smoother when contact points don't change
during the relationship.

No, you should simply direct your queries to the advertised support
contacts.

Forums are less than optimal for support from manufacturers.  Always
go for e-mail and call if they don't respond in a timely fashion.
