We point customers to role accounts which are then distributed to multiple active employees. People who e-mail individuals get what they deserve when employees are out of the office. Always go for the role accounts if you want a more rapid response. Customer support is much smoother when contact points don't change during the relationship. > On 6/26/2011 11:06 AM, Josh Luthman wrote: > >Yes. http://ubnt.com/forum/showthread.php?p=130161#post130161 > > > >On Sun, Jun 26, 2011 at 2:03 PM, Tom Sharples <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > You mean this guy: http://www.ubnt.com/forum/member.php?u=1 ? > > > > On 6/26/2011 10:32 AM, Josh Luthman wrote: > >> > >> Don't email people that don't work there. > >> > >> On Jun 26, 2011 1:23 PM, "Tom Sharples" <[email protected] > >> <mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: > >> > > >> > Maybe you're a bigger fish in their pond Rick, but I can > >> > only go from my own experience. No, you should simply direct your queries to the advertised support contacts. http://ubnt.com/support Forums are less than optimal for support from manufacturers. Always go for e-mail and call if they don't respond in a timely fashion. -- Scott Lambert KC5MLE Unix SysAdmin [email protected] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WISPA Wants You!
