That's not a good thing. Sounds weird, but try updating the OS (currently 
according to your console, it's at 10.6.6, not 10.6).  There are security fixes 
affecting Apache, and this may overwrite anything corrupted.

Failing that, was there anything that you tweaked in the Apache system before 
this? That is, is there any chance the httpd.Conf file is corrupted?

If none of this works and If you have access to another computer with a working 
Apache version, try the following

   Turn off websharing
    Remove the Apache2 directory  (you can copy it to your desktop before 
deleting if you want to review it later)
    Replace with the Apache2 working version.
     Turn on websharing
    Is Apache working?
    Run the Install Witango file that's in the /Applications/Witangoserver 
directory. This will set up the files for the Witango plug in to work.
     Apache should now be working.
