I configured Entourage EWS in another computer and took the log of a successful connection and I compared the log with my setup. Beginning of the account creation is exactly the same. When it comes to Entourage Exchange Autoconfigure part there is only one difference at the "TimeZoneDefinition". Below is the exact text of a successful connection and the failed connection.
Successful connection: <t:TimeZoneContext><t:TimeZoneDefinition Id="Georgian Standard Time"/></t:TimeZoneContext></ failed connection: <t:TimeZoneContext><t:TimeZoneDefinition Id="(null)"/></t:TimeZoneContext></ Both logs are from the same account setup, i.e. exchange server is the same. I assume the timezone related info is not coming from the server but rather is being send from my client to the server. I checked the date and time settings of my mac and the correct timezone is selected. Can you suggest anything to fix this?
