I'm no athlete. I do read excessively. Kristy should actually not read any Brad Warner books as he is pretty mean to Big Mind (tm) which I recall she recommended, or perhaps some related integral institute thing?
He does have a book called "Sit Down and Shut Up," which my kids find amazingly funny.
