o  Ever aware, watchful, ready and open

o  Brightly alert attention to all sensations/experiences/phenomena in
the here and now, be they internal, external, physical, mental,
emotional, spiritual or anything else

o  No thinking, critique, judgment or attempting to make sense

o  All of the above states whole-heartedly and with one's whole being
