I agree.  There's a lot of juice in there.

I don't know what to make of it all!

And, our shifu used to urge us to concentrate on THIS life, as it's
the only one we have available at the moment in which to practice   
(pedagogically-sound, inspirational, motivational, and compassionate;
TYPICAL of Sheng Yen, and of most teachers).

I never got deeply into Tib. practice or literature, and remain pretty ignorant 
of the tradition.  Not that I'm bragging, mind you.  ;-)
