Well, JMJM, let me make another statement, too; tnx.

Awakening is an event, and it is invariably sudden. It may last.

The process of attention leading to awakening is gradual, and includes
purification and practice. During the process, our health improves, and
awakening can thus (and then) inhabit a healthy open body which can support all
our inherited human potential naturally and freely (I'll say nothing about
"chi", because it is not necessary to do so, but of course there's a lot which
can be noted about that; however, I cover it all with the word "our health",
and stay out of trouble and avoid long technical discussions this way). '-)

PS You know, I am also "JM", by the way.
