I'm having problems with setting the correct umask for files.
All my users belong to the groups users. I am using hamm.
I need their files to be 644 and directories 755.
Their home directories are in /var/www and are serving virtual domains.
Here's what I know:
A. /var/www is umask 022

I have installed a Debian system on a 1.2 GB hard drive. I now want to move
it to a much smaller drive (200 MB). Is there some way to do this other than
reinstalling ... dd perhaps?
The 1.2 GB drive has 64 MB swap on /dev/hda1 and the system is installed on
/dev/hda2 which fills the remainder

There is an ssh client for Windows. Look around, you will find it. I might
start my search at rootshell.com since they seem to have a lot of links to
the manufacturer of ssh. Remember, do not use ssh-2.x, use 1.x.
Look for teraterm and ssh ... works for me.

I prefer the idea of KVM (especially on a laptop) and it's developing rapidly

Hi,
Does anyone know what perl release 5.6.1-8.7 addresses. It's been on
security.debian.org for a while now but I don't see a DSA yet. I would just
go ahead and install it but since the compromise I'm a little more paranoid.

Hi,
Does anyone know if there are debs of postfix 2.1 kicking around yet? Stable,
testing, unstable doesn't matter. I've looked in all the places I know of
and haven't found any, if I have to compile from source so be it.
