But, yes, MDT Litetouch (for example), makes assumptions that the primary
target disk is fixed, like "Disk 0".

For both ZTI and LTI, bdd.log is the target log file for any MDT script output
(historical note, MDT used to be called BDD back in the day). Scripts include
anything written in VBScript and/or Powershell. The API’s and the format are
public, so 3rd party scripts can also write to bdd.log.

The list of “persistent shares” in the MDT Litetouch console is stored in the
