What's interesting is that most of the 10 Hardest Things in Sports can be
done by a recreational athlete at a much reduced level.
An average athlete can hit a baseball at say maybe 50 miles per hour, but
certainly not 90-95 mph. An average athlete can drive a race car 90-100mph,

that gymnastic experts using a series of flips and a two-footed takeoff
(illegal per IAAF rules) have been able to achieve extraordinary heights
near or better than eight feet.

Masback announced Thursday.
