Google Maps has the ability to offline cache map data for nearly any
geography you select.
While not the best routing, I can still use Waze when offline (ie: my
phone is using Sprint at the moment and I'm on the phone, resulting
in no data).

mis-directed by android and apple maps many times. I love having
