Here's an idea for an app...

Rate-the-user: brings up all the comments made by a particular user
(AndroLib manages to do this somehow) and you can rate them from 1 to
5 and leave a comment for all to see :)

You can think of a user page (in this app) like an app in itself
(written by - well, content provided by - the user) and rated by
whoever is "moved" to check out their "app".

In theory, the market app could use this data to filter out low-rated
users just like it could filter out low-rated apps.
