A simple solution is to use a wordpress page for the app "about page." It has comments on the bottom and shows up nicely in a mobile browser.
I ask people to email or comment on the app Facebook page, but still get a fair number of comments through this page: http://talkingandroid.com/about-bff-photo/ I answer directly and don't publish the comments. I'm sure this could be tuned to be more efficient.
