I do receive a real *lot* of valuable and intelligent user feedback. My app seems to give a lot of new features ideas to users, and it takes quite a lot of work to organize all this in my private tracker. Therefore, some of the modern feedback webapps could be useful to me.
I just don't pay attention to the pointless comments/mails, and there aren't so frequent anyway. IMO, "app" means almost nothing. There are many types of apps, different targets, short-term or long-term development roadmaps, various audiences.
