BitBucket is nice. I know that type of trackers, I've used them a lot,
especially for some of my open source software. But it's a bit technical and
requires a bit of experience and self-discipline.

For example, on GetSatisfaction and others, there is an automated system to
avoid duplicate reports. That's very useful I think for average users, who tend
not to search for similar bugs/requests.

Also, the tracker is for reports only, whereas UserEcho, etc., also allows to
enter questions. It's all integrated.

I would quite like people to share questions, possibly read and answer others. I
think that the idea of these sites is to provided an automatically built FAQ.

And the voting systems are interesting too. I'm actually counting votes by
myself for mails I receive, on a private Trac, but it clearly could be 
automated.
