BitBucket is nice. I know that type of trackers, I've used them a lot, especially for some of my open source software. But it's a bit technical and requires a bit of experience and self-discipline.
For example, on GetSatisfaction and others, there is an automated system to avoid duplicate reports. That's very useful I think for average users, who tend not to search for similar bugs/requests. Also, the tracker is for reports only, whereas UserEcho, etc., also allows to enter questions. It's all integrated. I would quite like people to share questions, possibly read and answer others. I think that the idea of these sites is to provided an automatically built FAQ. And the voting systems are interesting too. I'm actually counting votes by myself for mails I receive, on a private Trac, but it clearly could be automated.
