UserEcho looks very nice indeed. It includes moderation in the free plan, where GetSatisfaction doesn't.
I like the interface, it's quite clean. Tell me, does it happen that users enter a bug report as an idea, etc.. If so, can you recategorize from the back office? Do you turn some questions into bug reports? What about bogus bug reports (which are actually questions or so) ?
