Thank you for the idea, but this isn't what I'm looking for. I'm not really
trying to find ways to increase feedback, I already receive a lot. I'm looking
for a way to structure feedback, reduce the time I spend providing support, and
maybe create a community effect.

In regard to structuring things, I really like the question/idea/problem/praise,
categorization of feedback webapps. The other thing that I need is this smart
way to avoid duplicate reports, by showing a list of similar reports to the
user. Voting on requests and reports is also a precious information. And of
course good Android/browser compatibility.

But your approach is interesting nevertheless, it gives me an idea of what
others do.

Thing is, although there are many StackOverflow open source clones, I could
barely found something that looks like GetSatisfaction or UserEcho.

Thanks

Olivier
