Thank you for the idea, but this isn't what I'm looking for. I'm not really trying to find ways to increase feedback, I already receive a lot. I'm looking for a way to structure feedback, reduce the time I spend providing support, and maybe create a community effect.
In regard to structuring things, I really like the question/idea/problem/praise, categorization of feedback webapps. The other thing that I need is this smart way to avoid duplicate reports, by showing a list of similar reports to the user. Voting on requests and reports is also a precious information. And of course good Android/browser compatibility. But your approach is interesting nevertheless, it gives me an idea of what others do. Thing is, although there are many StackOverflow open source clones, I could barely found something that looks like GetSatisfaction or UserEcho.
