If you are on CS5, the sdk should be at Adobe Flash CS5/common/configuration/ActionScript 3.0/flex_sdk
on CS4 Adobe Flash CS4/common/configuration/ActionScript 3.0/libs/flex_sdk_3 in your fla under flash/as3 settings in tab "library path" you should have "$(AppConfig)/ActionScript 3.0/libs" flash inserts this line for you if it fails to embed.
