LET US REGISTER BM AS A POLITICAL PARTY BY 2008 INSTEAD OF WAITING TILL 2010. I PERSONALLY FEEL THERE IS NO GREAT NEED TO WAIT TILL 2010. iF WE REGISTER OURSELVES AS A POLITICAL PARTY BY 2008, THEN WE CAN TEST WATERS BY TAKING PART IN 2009 GENERAL ELECTIONS. I want people to give their views about this thought, & if possible the moderator can also conduct an online poll for the same. Corruptions exists in different forms and at different levels. Corruption as we refer to it can be eliminated totally but "Corruption in its absolute form can not be eradicated" It is not really easy to understand its dynamics. You shall find many corrupt politicians of today were against corruption before few years. Even today they will talk on eradication of corruption from public life, however nobody knows for sure how to do it. Corruption needs to be understood in light of: a.. System dynamics - Constitutional arrangements, reporting and auditing arrangements etc. b.. People dynamics - Attitudes, fulfillment of genuine requirements, risk benefit ratio, peer pressures etc. c.. Environment dynamics - Culture, socio-economic compulsions, etc. d.. Work dynamics - Authority, responsibility, transparency, concerned entities, peer pressures, etc. e.. Prevention Dynamics - Legal provision, legal system, past history etc. Corruption eradication is simply not possible with present political system and arrangements ( any student of management can prove this ). In India cost of governance and cost of corruption is killing our country. Also losses due to lost opportunities are unthinkable. I request all to note that a party of totally dedicated and competent persons, that was Indian National Congress at the time of independence, has been corrupted beyond recognition by the present political system. No party of today can match commitment and capabilities of INC of early independence era. Immediately post independance everybody from the judiciary, administration, and general people were all fired with objective of building a great country. Today everything is in mess, hence it is absolutely foolish to expect that change in ruling party can help us. Every political party has to appease different sections of voters to gain & retain power and hence they can not take hard decisions necessary for development. This appeasement of voters and political manipulation to grab and retain power is proving to be very costly, it is ruining our country. I request everybody to start working for total change in political system, for building a great country. To give you the gist of the plan, Goal: All India Plan. (AIP) There should be one chapter in each state and union territory with in august 15 2006. We are trying to cover this 3 phases as mentioned in the document. Before the plan has been started we dont have official chapters in punjab,kerala and with in 2-3 days of our plan we have opened up chapters with the help of faith of people in BM in those states. now we have [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> then we are focussing on following states, Orissa , Himachal pradesh, haryana, West Bengal, Pondicherry, Assam, Manipur,uttranchal,jharkhand + all the far east states We require volunteers to achieve this noble cause. the volunteers must be ready to take up this work as a challenge instead of finding out reasons for not performing. Also if anyone of you are from any of these states/ or have friends / or having contacts thru orkut / yahoogroups with those people , please send your e-mail id ,phone number, current location . the type of work is mostly online ans is to spread BM in those areas.. please mail us or call us immedietly once u read this mail when u feel that we are making sense and putting faithful efforts for BM.
