No, it's ok -- it was just a thought. One thing about the link color that is a problem is that navigated links are the same color. I really like having a different color for navigated links because it makes it obvious I've already been somewhere. I don't have a recommendation on a good color.. > > > > I > > agree with Jeff: #800000. I also agree with Jeff's comment on the > > preprocessor being too bright. Those #includes still really stand out -- after pondering the christmas tree comment I wonder whether these deserve any special coloring? I can't think of a reason that they do. > Re: table headers: the background is now the same color as section > headers and URLs, and the font color is white. It's bold all right. > Maybe too bold. Opinions welcome. The contrast is too much for my taste and that setup probably won't work well for printing. From me, the table title get's overwhelmed by the header. I'm afraid I just don't like the inverted text approach to the table heading -- it requires a large color contrast with the contrasting color not being the point of focus. > I have addressed Rene's and Dave's concerns regarding borders by > taking them out everywhere. An improvement, I think. I agree -- that sharp line cut things up to much especially with lots of short examples. With the subtle gray background it's just enough to make it distinct without being distracting.
